I decided to create this course after spending the past year helping clients overcome their fear of flying in my hypnotherapy practice. Seeing their amazing transformations inspired me to make this approach accessible to more people, so you, too, can experience positive, calm flying.

WHAT IS IN THE COURSE?
5 STEP PROTOCOL
DESENSITIZATION HYPNOSIS
This is the heart of the course. Using hypnosis, you'll reshape how your body responds to flying, creating a calm, relaxed state toward each aspect of your journey—from booking your trip to landing in your destination. Imagine feeling at ease where anxiety used to be.
EXPOSURE THERAPY
Through guided videos and optional in-person experiences, you’ll safely and gradually face different elements of flying. This step allows you to build familiarity and ease around each part of the process, reducing anxiety with each exposure.
Confidence Building & Journey Rehearsal
In this hypnotic journey, you’ll visualize yourself succeeding—confidently navigating each part of your flight. With each rehearsal, you’ll strengthen your belief in your ability to fly with calm and ease, so your confidence grows each step of the way.
Toolkit for Managing Anxiety
You’ll gain a comprehensive toolkit, packed with breathing techniques, grounding practices, and guidance on managing any anxiety that arises. These are tools you can use anytime to bring yourself back into balance.
Pre-Flight Hypnosis
To set yourself up for a smooth journey, you’ll receive a specially designed hypnosis recording to use before takeoff. This final step helps you tap into a calm, optimistic mindset, so you can board your flight feeling prepared, relaxed, and ready for an enjoyable experience.

In order to change we must first understand. Throughout the course I will educate you on anxiety, the hypnosis process, and give you opportunities for self-reflection.
TRAINING
Implementation is EVERYTHING. I want you making changes, not just knowing about what needs to happen. This is where the hypnosis recordings come in.

Everyone needs a tool-belt equipped with supportive practices. Here I will guide you in creating your own, unique tools for nervous system regulation.

Answering your questions
What is self-hypnosis and is hypnosis safe?
All hypnosis is technically self-hypnosis because hypnosis is built upon focused attention and suggestions. You will only take on the suggestions you wish to take on, your mind will not allow you to otherwise. We focus on what it is you do want to feel and experience in relaxed state to help you retrain the mind and body to more helpful responses and feelings. Hypnosis is safe.
I had a traumatic flight experience is this ok to use?
If you've experienced a panic attack during flying, or are feeling nervous about doing this alone, I recommend working 1:1 with me instead. You can book a consultation call with me via my website.
What's the difference between this and hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is more personalized approach, where we address your specific triggers, fears, and cognitions and together create new responses. This course is a more generalized approach of healing and overcoming your flying anxiety.
How do I get on the course?
After purchasing the course you will receive an email with access to a private website page, this is where you will be able to work through the course.
Some of the recordings are downloadable so you can have them on your phone during your travels.
How long are the recordings?
They vary between 12 minutes and 42 minutes. Desensitization hypnosis has 2 options; 25 minute practice or 42 minute practice so you can tailor it to your own schedule.The confidence/ rehearsal hypnosis is 15 minutes. The pre-flight recording is 12 minutes.
What if it doesn't work?
If you use the recordings and tools I am certain you will have a more calm flying experience. If not, I would recommend booking a 1:1 hypnotherapy session with me so we can look deeper at your current cognitions, behaviors, and feelings and work together deeper to change them.
How long will it take to see results?
Most experience some results after just the first hypnosis recording (25 minutes). Depending on how often you can practice, you could complete the course within 2-6 weeks.
What if I am not able to complete the course right away?
